·      Air Pollution Control System

This system is designed for the treatment or elimination of airborne pollutants such as dust, smoke, vapors, gases, and heat, as well as for the ventilation of emissions generated from industrial production processes. These contaminants must be properly treated or removed to prevent potential health hazards and toxicity to humans. Furthermore, they may cause damage or deterioration to surrounding machinery and equipment, and can also result in discomfort or nuisance to personnel working in or residing near the affected area.

The Company is officially registered with the Department of Industrial Works as a qualified air pollution control system operator, authorized to provide professional supervision, operation, and maintenance services for air pollution control systems in industrial establishments.

The types and characteristics of airborne contaminants depend on the processes from which they originate, which vary widely. Examples of airborne contaminants include:

¨   Ammonia (NH₃)

¨   Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂)

¨   Chloride Gas

¨   Smoke generated from chemical reaction processes

¨   Dust particles originating from metal oxide substances

¨   Particulate matter such as flour dust and wood dust, among others.

The types and categories of polluted air can be classified according to their characteristics into three main categories:

1.    Polluted air containing contaminants in solid form

2.  Polluted air containing contaminants in the form of vapors and moisture

3.   Polluted air containing contaminants in gaseous form
